Hi--I wanted to touch bases with my blog....for anyone who may be out there reading. I haven't written lately because I have been going through a hard time. I was hospitalized in February of 2010 due to a bipolar meltdown and suicidal thoughts. My medication was all out of wack and had to be changed and monitored. I was in for over a week and then switched over to lakeside's outpatient partial program. Its where I go all day but get to go home at night. I have been doing that for the past two weeks. Currently I am trying to get into another outpatient program which can go for 12 plus weeks, but until then, I must continue Lakesides program. Being bipolar really sucks and makes life hard for me and for my family.
My mom has helped me put in for disability but I am in the 'appeals' process. She also put in for me to get my military ID card back, we're still waiting to hear back on that. (that will help tremendously with insurance). I was able to get my insurance back through my dads job and much letter writing on my moms part. OTHERWISE I don't know where I would be right now. Just wanted to update you on whats been going on with me. thanks for reading!
